FRAKO inductive power factor correction
Inductive power factor correction is used to compensate capacitive loads or networks accordingly.
Cable networks, converters and PV inverters are typical for capacitive behaviour. Since such capacitive reactive power is very often not permitted by the power supply companies or grid operators, FRAKO offers appropriate solutions for low-voltage grids here.
Inductive compensation as a fixed stage, as a regulated system or as a hybrid system (capacitive and inductive components in one system) are available.
With the FRAKO power factor controller or power quality controller PQC C/I, the realisation of hybrid systems is quite simple - even the automatic commissioning can be carried out in the usual way.
Contact us - we will inform you about the advantages that the PQC C/I offers you in connection with inductive systems or hybrid systems and will be happy to advise you on your specific requirements.
