Our Application Process
Step 1
Submission of Your Application Documents
Once you have uploaded your application, including a cover letter, resume, and relevant certificates and references via our website or email, you will receive an immediate confirmation of receipt. This ensures that your documents have arrived and are in the right hands.
Step 2
Review of Application Documents
We take the time to thoroughly review each application. This process may take some time, so we appreciate your patience. If we find that information or documents are missing, we will contact you via email to request them.
Step 3
Initial Interview
If your application piques our interest, we will reach out to you by phone to schedule an initial interview. In a 30 to 60-minute video conference or in-person meeting, we would like to get to know you better and give you the opportunity to learn more about our company and the position.
Step 4
Second Interview
If both parties feel that a collaboration could be a good fit after the initial interview, we will invite you to a second interview or a trial workday. This allows you to experience the day-to-day work at FRAKO up close and meet your potential colleagues. At the same time, we want to ensure that you are convinced that FRAKO is the right place for your professional future.
Step 5
Contract Offer
And then? Two possibilities: If we both feel that it’s a match, we look forward to promptly extending you a contract offer and welcoming you as a new team member at FRAKO soon. If we don’t find the right fit this time, we would be happy to include you in our talent pool—of course, only with your consent—and reach out to you again when a suitable opportunity arises.
Step 6
Contract Signing
After you sign your employment contract, we will officially welcome you to the team. You will receive all necessary information regarding your start at FRAKO. Until then, we are happy to answer any further questions before you begin your new position with us, complete with a structured onboarding process.
