Inductive reactive power compensation
An inductive power factor correction system LSI is used to compensate capacitive consumers or grids accordingly. Inductive compensation is available as a fixed stage, a regulated system, or as a hybrid system (combining capacitive and inductive components in one system).
Cable networks, converters, and PV inverters typically exhibit capacitive behaviour. Since such capacitive reactive power is often not permitted by energy suppliers or grid operators, FRAKO offers appropriate solutions for low-voltage networks.
