Fair Compensation
We apply both the collective agreement of the "VERBAND DER METALL- UND ELEKTROINDUSTRIE BADEN-WÜRTTEMBERG E.V." and offer opportunities for extra-tariff employment. At FRAKO, we follow the principle of equal pay for equal work, regardless of collective bargaining status.
Flexible Working Hours
At FRAKO, "full-time" means a 35-hour workweek. Work can begin between 7:00 and 8:30 a.m., and employees can finish as early as 3:30 p.m. or even 11:50 a.m. on Fridays. “Ideal for a good work-life balance.”
Additionally, we offer a special early shift in capacitor production from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and on Fridays, only until 11:00 a.m. We also provide completely flexible working hours in plant production.
Every minute worked is recorded and credited thanks to our time tracking system because at FRAKO, every minute of our employees' time counts.

Recovery Time
We offer 30 days of vacation per year, with one additional day off after 25 years of service. To ensure long weekends for all, we always have company holidays on bridge days and during Christmas/New Year.
Thanks to the collective agreement, we also have the option to convert special payments into time off.
