These reactive power controllers are universally applicable and automatically adjust to the connected compensation system and the network to be compensated. The patented control characteristic regulates the selected target cos phi and prevents overcompensation during low load. This reliably avoids reactive power costs and reduces the risk of network disturbances.

Power Quality Controller (PQC): Available in different versions, including:

  • With Modbus RTU (RS-485) interface
  • With temperature and I/O connections
  • With Modbus TCP (IoT) interface
  • Combinations of Modbus RTU + Ttemperature and I/O as well as Modbus TCP + temperature and I/O

PQC Pro: For demanding applications and extended functionalities:

The Power Quality Controller Professional combines the strengths of FRAKO reactive power controllers with the latest functional enhancements: Whether it’s utility company-required measures for static voltage control, networked reactive power management, external control of higher-level reactive power controllers, or true 4-quadrant regulation – the PQC Pro meets all the challenges posed by increasingly complex reactive power management.
